Cops chase topless woman!

Mandy Ramsey of Fort McCoy, Florida was chased by the police for trying to evade them while driving topless! Now that's one reason the police would have never have seen. The topless teacher's assistant could potentially lose her job for driving around topless. Evading the police is crime by itself but driving around topless also got her an additional ticket. The woman should have taken precautions instead of driving around in a half dressed state. Her boyfriend came to her rescue stating to the police that she did not stop when asked to by the police as she was not dressed properly. We think you should step out of your house properly dressed in case something like this happens to you!
