'KBC 6' to replace 'Indian Idol'?

Kaun Banega Crorepati's promos are out and the viewers are curious to know about the show timing. Sony TV has fixed the best slot for the world famous TV show. According to the sources KBC might replace Indian Idol 6. The quiz show with host Amitabh Bachchan was earlier said to be replacing the TV soap Saas Bina Sasural on Sony TV. If that had happened the channel had to change the timings of different TV programmes being aired on Weekdays. Infact, the Senior Vice President and Marketing Head, Sony Entertainment Television, Mr. Danish Khan had also said that KBC will be aired in prime time slot during the week days. But now it seems things did not work out. Kaun Banega Crorepati is said to be telecast on weekends now. Finally, the daily soaps on the TV show will seen during their usual timing. In the earlier season, Kaun Banega Crorepati was aired during the week days giving higher TRP to the show. This season the chaneel plans to telecast it on the weekends that means just two episode per week. Like every season KBC will have around 60 to 90 episodes. That clearly indicates a longer run for the world famous quiz show on Indian Television. Amitabh Bachchan’s fans will be happy to have their favourite actor on small screen every weekend.
